Delegate Bates moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 4g, by striking the section heading in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new section heading to read as follows:

“§11-21-4g. Rate of tax — Taxable years beginning after December 31, 2021.”

And,

On page 2, section 4g, on line 49 after the comma by striking the year “2022” and inserting in lieu thereof the year “2021”.
